In 2006, the original Star Wars Action News podcast spun off a brand new book club, wherein SWAN fans would Star Wars read novels (and some comics) together in their original release order, then discuss them on forums and in roundtables. Those roundtables (and other material) are the basis of their spin-off series, which is now a series in its own right, the Star Wars Action News Book Club Podcast (or SWAN:BC).
