Conquest of the Empire: Chapter I: Special Edition Released

Fans of Star Wars fan audio dramas and Joe Harrison's Conquest of the Empire in particular will be excited to learn that the Special Edition of the first chapter of Conquest of the Empire, entitled Defense and Trepidation, has now been released.

This new opening chapter features a better sound mix, over twice the length of the original first chapter (thanks to new scenes), and several new voice actors and characters. This new release also marks the official conclusion of the overall saga (although remastered editions of the second and third chapters are forthcoming) that places it into the running for the 2007 Star Wars Fanworks Fan Audio Awards, making it a high point for the team all the more.
