It's not fan audio, but it's certainly chock full of fan audio personalities and previous guests. This past week, the second film in Chad Peter's Sex, Drugs and Natalie Portman Trilogy, simply entitled Drugs, hit DVD in a very limited, creator-produced release.

Drugs was written and directed by Chad Peter (the first subject of a ChronoRadio: Interview Edition and TK-723 in Second Strike). It stars Shayna Lanzo (also the subject of that first CR interview), Curtis Ellzey, Jeff Cowan, and Rebecca Regan. The film also features appearances by Chris Hanel (Digltal Llama Radio, Second Strike, et al), Devon Read (credited with the original concepts for Second Strike and Nothing Changes), and Kristoffer Newsom (Second Strike). Among the other many, many credits involved in the film, Nathan P. Butler of Rayzur's Edge Audio is among the script consultants.

The DVDs feature an extended cut of the film in 16:9 widescreen, a feature commentary (Peter, Hanel, Cowan), five delted scenes with commentary (Peter, Hanel, and Digital Llama's Steve Phelan), a 13-minute blooper reel, and a new edit of the film's predecessor, Sex, which features a commentary track by Peter and Hanel.

The DVDs are being produced in two editions. The version being shipped now is the "Homemade Edition," which will be followed up (eventually) by the "Pro Edition" that has not yet been printed. Those who order the DVD ($15.00 in the U.S. with $5.00 shipping for a total of $20.00) will receive the "Homemade Edition" first, then the "Pro Edition" when they are printed later.

Be warned: This is not a production for kids. Consider it an "R" or "M" equivalent in film or television terms.
