Star Wars en Direct Update

After quite a bit of bad news and confusing events lately, we have some good (well, mixed but mostly good) news for fans of Star Wars en Direct.

The archives page on the SWD website has now been updated to include the raw, unedited archives of several previously unarchived episodes. The page has been updated to include listings for SWD #89E - 94E.

However, there are some bugs apparently still being worked out. First, here is no archive file, it seems, for SWD #92E, but the ZIP file for SWD #93E has a file inside marked as SWD #92E instead of SWD #93E. Second, the archive for SWD #94E, while listed, seems to be missing. Finally, the archive for SWD #89E is giving file errors, which means it will likely hvae to be rezipped and reuploaded.

On the plus side, that means that SWD #90E - 91E are definitely there, which is two more archived episodes than we've had for quite a while.

Also, we've learned from SWD host Sebastien Mineau that the reason for the time change of SWD #94E back on October 29 was due to a live recording at a convention, which required a different time slot. Apparently, co-host Audrey Mayall did not receive word in time herself, and that's part of why the word about the time change was not spread. We are told that the show is still set for every other Sunday at 7 p.m. Eastern, and the site will be updated more frequently, hopefully, now that things are calming down for Sebastien.
