Hanel and Chrystie Premiere Geekza

Early Star Wars fan audio and fan film personality Chris Hanel (Digital Llama Radio, Second Strike, et al) and previous ChronoRadio guest and Fan Audio Academy member Teague "Fig" Chrystie have teamed up for a new video podcast (that is, "vodcast"), entitled Geekza. The rundown on the new show is as follows:
Geekza is a podcast/vodcast/vidcast/whatevercast hosted by Chris Hanel and Fig Chrystie, that generally centers around things that interest us, and those tend to be geeky things related to the world of filmmaking, movie trivia, our own existence in the special effects community and gaming. The format of the show is a mixed bag, but the bulk of it is Fig and Chris doing their thing the way only they can do it - playing off of each other. Another fraction is location pieces and sent-in user submitted content, that’s either in the form of skits, sketches and short films, or responses to show-hosted discussions for users to send video responses to. We’ll also have interviews with prominent people in the FX and indie film communities, and maybe beyond that, depending on how brave we get. We’re of the school of thought that you can’t be hurt by asking, and so far, it’s worked pretty well.
