For longtime fans of Star Wars Fanworks founder Nathan P. Butler's online Star Wars fandom works, today is a big day.

Today (October 17, 2007) marks the Tenth Anniversary of Butler's Star Wars Timeline Project, which returns again today with the Star Wars Timeline Gold #44, clocking in at what is fast approaching 1,500 pages. This new edition is both the 73rd overall release of the project, but also a special Tenth Anniversary Edition that adds a new cover and the long-awaited, oft-requested "Star Wars Publication Timeline," which details the hundreds of Star Wars story releases (comics, novels, games, etc.) in their real world release order, rather than chronologically within the fictional saga.

In conjunction with this anniversary chronology release comes The Butlerniverse #17, a special episode of Butler's current podcast, featuring an extensive interview conducted by Chris Aldridge with Butler himself, dealing with Star Wars, the timeline project itself, and more, in one of the most extensive interviews he's given to date.

Join us in celebrating a fandom milestone.
