Conquest of the Empire, Part V Update

As work continues on Conquest of the Empire, Parts III - V and Conquest of the Empire, Part I's Special Edition (and Conquest of the Empire: Tales and the Conquest of the Empire Companion), more and more details on the COTE saga continue to emerge.

Now, we've learned that Conquest of the Empire, Part V finally has a title, which was actually submitted to COTE's Joe Harrison by Bryan Patrick Stoyle. The title will be Triumph and Tragedy. Thus, the Conqeust of the Empire titles are, from Part I through Part V: Defense and Trepidation; Fortitude and Redemption; Perseverence and Purpose; Hope Rises and Darkness Falls; and Triumph and Tragedy.

As for the status of COTE right now, we're told that lines are currently being collected for the third and fourth chapters, and once the scripts are finished for the fifth chapter and the Special Edition of the first chapter, lines and casting calls will be sent out for those as well. They are hoping to have the Special Edition of COTE #1 out shortly after the release of COTE #5, and they hope to have the entire five-part series done by the end of this year.

As for the future, we're told that a new Star Wars audio drama is already in the works, but the only hint that we've been given as to what it might be is a number: 1,000. What that means is anyone's guess.
