After four exhausting years, the story is finally revealed.

In 1999, a group of fans based in Richmond, Virginia called the Moisture Farm Co-Op came up with an idea. That idea was to write and record an audio drama based on the young Padme Amidala prior to the events of The Phantom Menace. After two years of writing, nine months of pre-production and a year of recording and mixing, the results are now available for download at the Rise of Nobility web page, RiseofNobility.com.

Completing RoN was not without struggle. During the midst of production, the Moisture Farm Co-Op disbanded due to internal conflicts. However, the commitment to complete RoN outlasted any frustration, anger and weariness the members had been going through. Their determination was still very strong, even through continuing disagreements between crew members regarding the direction of the project.

By and large, Rise of Nobility was created by meticulous amatuers. They realize that their talents are limited by experience, money and equipment and that no doubt Star Wars fans will be just as critical of their work as they have been, but nonetheless they remain proud of their accomplishments. They feel that anytime you spend four years of your life working on a project, such as Rise of Nobility, you've got to be pleased that you actually finished and that people enjoy the result.
