Hunted Relic Lives?

A long while ago, Fanworks visitors might remember having seen promotional information for an audio drama project called Hunted Relic, which was later explained to be the first part in the Despair Duology (with the second segment being Dualis). The project was written by Casey Brown and was to be mixed by Rich Sigfrit, but after months of waiting, production materials had not been delivered to Sigfrit, so the project was deemed either cancelled or on indefinite hold. Its page here on Fanworks was removed, and it disappeared from "Coming Soon" lists.

Casey Brown has resurfaced this week after a long absence from the fan audio community, and he seems to be intending to go forward with the project. Whether or not Sigfrit will still be in charge of mixing is possibly up in the air, as he has moved on to many, many other projects (becoming the busiest guy in fan audio, it seems, even trumping "Big MO Butler").

So, Hunted Relic (no word on Dualis) seems to still be on the drawing board, but who will produce it, when it will be released, and most other pertinent questions remain unanswered. We'll keep you posted.
