Expanded, Explained, and Sometimes Extraordinary
April Releases Begin The fourth month of 2006 begins with a series of new releases, as we've come to expect from the start of any new month. Here's the rundown on today's new releases: First, Star Wars FM returns with SWFM #8, featuring reviews of V for Vendetta and Clone Wars: Season 1, along with a commentary on the LUcasfilm marketing machine. Second, Fan Audio Made Easy returns with Lesson #17, featuring a segment by Joe Harrison (Conquest of the Empire, ALTA Radio) on the use of few voice actors to fill many voice acting roles. Third, RoneyZone Radio returns with RZR #28, featuring a discussion on Women's Liberation in 2006. Fourth, ChronoRadio returns with CR #26, entitled Last of the Essential Jedi, featuring a look at the Essential Guides with Brooks Child, plus a look at Last of the Jedi with Suzanne Byrne. Fifth, The Jedi Council Speaks returns with TJCS #4, featuring interviews with Andrew Bettis (In the Beginning) and Fan Club President hopeful Dustin Roberts. Sixth, Tatooine TV returns with TTV #30, featuring the Jarhead parody segment, Jar Jar Head. Finally, Nathan P. Butler's new non-Star Wars podcast novel (audiobook), Echoes, which was recently featured on Star Wars en Direct #81, has now premiered. You can check out the first four chapters (out of twenty) tonight, then be on the look out for two new chapters each weekend from now through the end of May. We should also mention that, of course, the weekly podcasts continue, including: Star Wars en Direct; Star Wars Action News; Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and Mr. Bubble; The Galaxy Report; and Setnin Radio.
