ConCarolilnas 2008 Update

Things are shifting around for ConCarolinas 2008. While we cannot update everything (as we're still waiting to hear about some new information), we can update visitors on a few things.

First, Robert Picardo (Star Trek: Voyager, Stargate SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis) has had to bow out of ConCarolinas this year. We would imagine that this has to do with him picking up duties as a series regular on Atlantis next season. No new Media Guest of Honor has been named thus far. (This is alongside Writer GOH Mike Resnick, Music GOH Boogie Knights, and Special Writer Guests Faith Hunter and David B. Coe.)

Offial guests from the Star Wars fan audio community include Nathan P. Butler, Davey Beauchamp, Rich Sigfrit, and other previous SW fan audio guests (heard on such programs, but not SW fan audio personalities themselves), Michael D'Ambrosio, C.J. Henderson, Stephen E. Cobb, Stuart Jaffe, Mike Pederson, Cheralyn Lambeth, Jeffrey Breslauer, Shaun O'Rourke, etc.

We are expecting other members of the Star Wars fan audio community to attend, but we are unsure as to who. Jim Perry has recently had to bow out of attending. Butler and Sigfrit should definitely be there.

We can also say for certain that this year's CC coverage will again include video clips, this time recorded and presented by Butler.
