Expanded, Explained, and Sometimes Extraordinary
March Strikes with a Bang! It's March 2005, and Star Wars fan audio is kicking off the month with a series of brand new releases. First, we have the premiere of a brand new audio drama from Rayzur's Edge Audio. Always in Motion: Ambush on An'Kerra is the world's first multi-path Star Wars fan audio drama. Your choices at the end of each track determine the course of the story, so choose wisely! (An annotated script for AIM:AOA is up as well, but beware: it'll spoil any surprises that playing has in store.) Second, also from Rayzur's Edge Audio, ChronoRadio kicks off a four-part Serial Edition this month with Everything Changes, Part I, a Serial Edition sequel to the Nothing Changes audio drama. (This will be followed up by parts 2 - 4 on March 15, April 1, and April 15, respectively.) ChronoRadio also enhances the Serial Edition experience for fans of the original three-part Serial Edition, Parallels, with a comparison script for the three segments. Third, Star Wars and Beyond returns with its fourth regular episode, featuring segments with Lou "T'Bone" Tambone of StarWarz.com, Rich Sigfrit, and Michael Sheridan of The Logan Chronicles. Fourth, Requiem of the Outcast returns this month with a very short (less than 30 minutes) episode as a follow-up to their recent 2005 Fan Audio Awards announcement show. Check it out for a quick March fix before their April 1 show. Finally, Star Wars en Direct #64/34 from this past Sunday is now available as an archive file. The topic was Lucasfilm vs. Fan Sites, along with a sneak preview of Always in Motion. Be sure to check it out for one of the best English SWD episodes thus far! It's a lot to download, folks, so if you're a fan of fan audio, get crackin'! (Or is it "Cracken" when dealing with Star Wars, EU fans?)
