Fan Audio Loses a Rising Star (for Now) We are always sad to have to be the bearers of bad news, but it would appear that a rising star in the Star Wars fan audio realm has stepped away from fan audio for the time being. Lila Atherley, best known for her Episode III Audio Spoof and appearances in Rise of Nobility and Matted, has left the fan audio field, hopefully only temporarily, effective immediately. Here's Lila's explanation, posted on her official website: DUE TO TECHNICAL COMPUTER PROBLEMS I AM NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR VOICE OVER WORK AND I DON'T HAVE INTERNET ACCESS whew...no more capslock...sorry peeps my new computer broke down after 4 days of use after returning it a 2nd time. I see that fate is against me and I have never been a quiter but believe me....i have shed many tears over this. Frustration has taken over completely. My old computer was given away to family members after the new one seemed to be fine. But alas it's crap, the store gave us the money back... But after suffering heartache after each attempt at getting a comp to work and not... I'm out! sorry guys ^_~ I luv ya all...please forgive me for not being strong enough to fight against the machine. odango@shaw.ca will not work any longer meaning if you write me i won't get it since it was a home personal computer account and i don't have a comp anymore. I came all the way to work and am using the stores computer (when i shouldn't be) miss ya Lila We hope for a swift return, if it is possible, for Lila. In the meantime, fans can find more of her materials on her official website (see link below). * To those fans of the Nothing Changes project, this does necessitate the recasting of the Triina Asante role, which will likely be picked up by Krista Kolesar.
