Fan Audio Awards Info

The first annual Star Wars Fanworks Fan Audio Awards are finally being deliberated.

The awards will consist of three types of awards:

Fan Audio Academy Awards: The FAAAs will be voted on by an "academy" of seven fan audio community members who had no active invovement in any of the projects released in 2003 (the year of elligibility for this year's awards). The seven members of this academy are currently listening to projects again and sending in their decisions.

People's Choice Awards: The PCAs will be voted on by you and the rest of the fan audio community, via polls set up on the Fanworks message board at GalacticSenate.com. Voting will begin Feb. 1 and end Feb. 15, starting with a kickoff in the Feb. 1 ChronoRadio and Star Wars en Direct episodes.

Founder's Awards: The "Founders" will be a special set of awards given by Fanworks founder Nathan Butler, for projects released before 2003, which still had a profound impact on the Star Wars fan audio community as a whole.
